jwaters138
Hi all, I've attached a screen shot showing a single 64 bit plugin causing major cpu spikes in Logic 9.1.8 (64 bit mode). The strange thing is, I've run this plugin on an older Mac with less processing power, and I never had this type of issue. I'm wondering if this seems normal, or if any one has any experience with this AU. The CPU usage seems to hover in this area even while idling (non play back). Something seems odd here... (system specs in the signature) Note: I have this incorrectly posted under the Logic 10 forum, but I'm not sure how to remove it. Apologies for the double post. triplets
Sierra and Logic 9 are not good friends.
jwaters138
I've been doing a lot of searching and research. It sounds like you're right, triplets. I'm wondering if this specific problem could be attributed to that mismatch.
triplets
For Logic 9 use El Capitan or earlier. Snow Leopard is the best (10.6) in my experience.
