Christopher11
It is time for me to get a set of wireless headphones. It would help my mixing and composing a lot. However, if my RME 802 is turned on and connected to my MacBook, will the bluetooth work? For some reason I thought it would only work with 'Built In Output'. I hope it will work. Also, what are your favorite pair of wireless headphones!? thank you in advance for any suggestions.
triplets
Bluetooth headphones will act as another interface, so it's either the RME or the headphones, and I don't think BT headphones have better converters for mixing than the RME.
Eriksimon
I don't think BT headphones have better converters for mixing than the RME. That would be something if they did.
Christopher11
It's unfortunate, because it would be nice to be able to monitor on wireless headphones now and then, when mixing or producing. But, this way at time i will just leave the RME unit and monitors off, and play in with a USB keyboard. Thank you guys.
triplets
You can use the BTs to produce when you just checking song integrity or changing things. I wouldn't use them to mix. And they have added latency so I don't know if they would work for live-playing.
