Very nicely done. Your careful attention to the complex percussion parts really stands out here, because these are so very much a part of the arrangement.

Now, listening to it, I did somewhat feel that the deep-bass was a bit under-represented. I seem to remember a strong contra-bass level rhythm pulse going on to propel the song along, and this feels to me like it's a bit missing.

P.S.: (full disclosure) I don't now own a CD copy of the original recording, so I haven't actually loaded it into Logic and EQ'd down to see if the thing that I think that I remember is actually there ....
