ValliSoftware
I guess the first one was a little too extreme for some, so I mellowed it out with another set of "Hot Fingers".
MikeRobinson
"Definitely like where there is going, but ..." might I toss out a few bits? In the opening sequence, there are some instrumental parts which are "carrying the melody," while there are also some parts ... percussion and so-on ... which are not doing this, and yet which are just-as-loud or even louder. This characteristic seems to continue even as the tracks develop – "everyone seems to be fighting for the chance to be loud." Unnecessarily. Thanks and I really shouldn't be mixing my own stuff, that's an art in itself. I think what we need on this site is a Mixing section where we can upload a Logic project and have users mixdown but only use Logic plug-ins, no 3rd party effects/instruments. By doing this, at least I can get an idea how to properly mix, but I'd still want a engineer to do the proper mixdown.
