I have all my backing sequences for live work in Logic, but have learned that I can bounce them down, import into Mainstage 3 and go from there. I've set this all up, but now want to play my synth lines over the top using my vst's. I have imported the VIP into a new channel strip, and can see the keys being hit (as I hit the midi controller) on the top of the screen, but no sound coming through to the channel strip. The audio files backing track plays fine in the other channel strip, but nothing out of the VIP channel strip. I'm close, but need some help please?
