DEVO
Hi again I have all my backing sequences in Logic Pro X and just invested in Mainstage, as I've learned I can just bounce down my LPX tracks and import into the playback facility. I've done this and ran both side by side through my PA system (HK Elements Smartbase). The Logic track sounds crisp and clear, but the bounced down audio mp3 in the Playback facility sounds nowhere near as crisp and lively. Gutted about that, as the thought of just setting up all my backing tracks in one Mainstage concert sounded awesome. Any thoughts on why this is? Thanks, Alan
Eric Cardenas
The Playback plug-in supports AIFF, WAV or CAF. Convert our mp3s to one of these formats instead.

Eric Cardenas
Yes. AIF or WAV. Whatever you prefer.

Another tip for anyone searching this post is to turn off Normalisation when bouncing if you want your Mainstage track to sound exactly the same as your Logic project.
