Knorm
Unfortunately, Ultrabeat doesn't give the resolution I want for faster hi-hats for trap beats, and faster rolls. Any suggestions for drum machines can I run in Mainstage for that? Or another solution to get what I want here? Thanks for reading!
Ploki
you mean the built-in sequencer? perhaps breaktweaker is up your alley https://www.izotope.com/en/products/create-and-design/breaktweaker.html
Knorm
you mean the built-in sequencer? Right, sorry I guess "drum machine" doesn't describe what I want. I'll check it out, thanks!

skijumptoes
Step sequencer is what you mean I believe?, The Logic piano roll is probably better to use in all honesty, using the paint tool. You can roll those traps as fine as you like then. But it’s not as nice as using a real step sequencer.

skijumptoes
Darn, i'm sorry.. It's whenever i use the iPad i make this mistake. Ultrabeat goes down to 1/32ths, there's not many step sequencers that go below that which i've used. Geist looks really good though, particularly for live.
