I have spent some time with MS for the past couple of days and I have mixed feelings. I don't find it very intuitive, I would rather say that it does not look like a software Apple would release these days. Hopefully (and eventually) this will be corrected in version 4. My question is about workspace transport controls. For some reason I cannot make the stop button stop the beat count. If I use the Play/Stop button on the top bar it works fine, but if I use the Stop button (implemented as Stop Immediately) the beat count keeps on going. This is an issue because I added some patch automation using Scripter which is dependent on BeatPos. Am I missing something? I just cannot believe that this is the way it is supposed to work. I am using the workspace defined for Vocals with One Backing Track template that comes with MS. Any ideas how to deal with this? Thanks.
