Midi stops working when sending clock

Fri Mar 19, 2021 6:10 pm

I'm trying to send midi clock from mainstage to an ipad via bluetooth midi (to the app ApeMatrix) but having an issue where every time I create a new external instrument channel strip and and select "start sending midi clock" in the Midi Output tab, it crashes all my midi devices. Meaning I can no longer get an midi data into OS X at all from any of my controllers. Restarting the computer fixes the connection.

Any idea? Thanks!. Using Mainstage 3.4.4

Just out of curiosity, does this work on 3.5.1? (You can run both versions on your machine)
2020 MacBook Pro 16", 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 64GB RAM, 2TB SSD, OSX 11.2.3 RME Fireface UFX+

MainStage v3.4.4 / v3.5.3

Oddly this stopped being a problem and all is fine now. Maybe just needed a restart.
