Neutron
Hello guys New Logic user here. Wanted to pop in and say hello and introduce myself as I'll be sticking around the forums. My journey started over 15 years ago DJ'ing and trying out what was then 'fruity loops' - well I got the production bug that day. Since then I've gone on to own thus use Ableton Live, Cubase (SX3 to Pro 8) Magix Samplitude, Studio One and now Logic, I'm not a DAW jumper but events, and opportunities along with new ventures helped shaped and sometimes even dictate my DAW software (I got Studio one for free for instance at a time when I was re-evaluting and downsizing on everything music including my software). I've spent a number of years with each product so know them pretty well. Well, since a new business venture a couple years ago had me use a MacBook I ended up falling in love with Mac OS, its stability and ease of use and integration with iOS. Up until that point I'd been a long time apple "hater", admittedly it was fear through ignorance, I'd never tried an Apple product beyond the iPhone but now own both a MacBook Pro and iMac 2017! Phasing out my Windows PC meant I had to choose a Mac compatible DAW. Wanting to match Mac OS stability, Logic Pro was the logical and obvious choice. So I purchased it and have been on it for a couple of weeks now and really enjoying it. Love the included plugins and of course love the stability. Refreshing. Very happy to be here.
