Learn the basic stuff first, like how to record a instrument track and audio track. How to apply effects. How to bounce your file to a WAV to put on your music device. After that, then that's when you'll get more into Logic, like wanting to automate your tracks, maybe using MIDI FX plug-ins, writing a script or two, etc...
