I'll explain anyway: When you use the "Q" key (or whatever you have assigned to quantize regions), Logic is always using the last value you had set. This is certainly handy as long as you stay within one project but confusing when you switch between projects often. Not a biggie, but that setting should be memorized per project, not globally.
