Sonofjahn
When I insert an AutoSampler on a track the instrument goes glitchy, like a serious bit reduction/interference sound. If I then remove the auto sampler the instrument still sounds the same (glitchy/distorted). Any ideas what's happening? This same thing happens when I put the external instrument plug in on an external instrument track. TheAlienDog
I am seeing this behavior too, right after upgrading to 10.5 (first time trying out Autosampler). I feel like there's probably some simple setup solution that I'm overlooking that's causing it...? Did you ever find a solution for this? Sonofjahn
Yeah weirdly I just upped the audio buffer setting and that sorted it. Never had quite that behaviour before with very low buffer but there you go.
TheAlienDog
Ahh thank you -- I got another solution that helped, as well -- seemed the "External MIDI" instrument was maybe creating a feedback loop, and/or something wonky with the Autosampler. I simply added the Autosampler insert to a plain ol' audio track, and put in the MIDI on its own MIDI track minus the External Instrument plugin, and all seems to be working great. Thanks again.
