Screenset bug with Notepad? (Opens key command window)

Anybody else experience the following behavior?

When using a key command to switch FROM a Screenset that has Notepad or File Browser open AND focued on, TO a Screenset number that is 10 or higher, Logic opens the Key Command window.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a screenset 11

2) Put anything you want on it

3) Lock screenset 11

4) Load screenset 1

5) Open the Notepad editor of File Browser

5) While the window focus is on the Notepad or File Browser, recall screenset 11 using default key commands (CTRL+1, then 1)

Logic opens the Key Command window as soon as I press CTRL+1.

I THINK I recall getting it to work without opening the Key Commands window, briefly. But once the bug occurs once, it happens every time thereafter (100%)

Anybody else getting this?
