Marquee & Time Stretch not always snapping to grid [BUG]

Hi

Has anybody else encountered this failure?

Put any audio region (should have at least a length of a couple of bars) to a position, so it starts exactly at a bar. Set snap to grid to 'Bar' and then cut an audio region's end with the Marquee tool. Most of the time the region is cut just fine to an exact bar length, e.g. 2.0.0.0

But in some occasions it is cut 1.3.3.239, which is very annoying when you loop that region.

Something similar happens when you timestretch an audio region. It snaps correctly to e.g. 2.0.0.0 (shown in the info box), and creates a new audio region with 2.0.0.0 lenght. But again in certain situations it will create a new audio region that has a length of 1.3.3.239 :?

I couldn't reproduce the exact situation. Anybody else noticed that annoying behaviour?
