Importing tracks via "all files" bug

you have 2 files:

-Audio1.wav, Audio2.wav

4 regions:

- Audio1.1, Audio1.2

- Audio2.1, Audio2.2

TRACK1 contains:

Audio1.1.wav, Audio1.2.wav, Audio2.1.wav

It pastes as expected, Audio1.1 and Audio1.2 belonging to the same owner, Audio 2.1 belonging to Audio2.wav

TRACK2 Contains: Audio2.2

It pastes in such a manner, that in the audio bin a NEW Audio2.wav tree gets created (although it points ot the same physical location on the drive), with only Audio2.2 nested under it.

So audio bin now has:

Audio1.wav (containing regions Audio1.1, Audio 1.2)

Audio2.wav (containing Audio2.1)

Audio2.wav (containing Audio2.2) - but belonging to the same physical Audio2.wav on disk.

This is not a performance issue; all destructive editing and everything works as expected, except, if this happens a few times in your project, it becomes a cosmetic issues because Audio Bin is littered with duplicate references to the same file.

It's been behaving like that a while.
