RPX
Hi for all! I upgraded today to Logic 10.5 and though the great upgrades there's a bug in the plug-ins windows. All of them are now opening up off-centre on the screen, forcing me to centralize every time I open a window. This is frustrating, I would like to know if anyone else has noticed this on the screens in the 13 inch and how I can get in the ears of the Appel support. Thanks! facej
The window open up "left of center". Try this. Click the "link" button on the plug-in window. I made mine purple. Move the window where you want it. Open another plug-in. Mine showed up in the "new" position. Now un-click the link. It appears that the windows open where the last one was positioned. Looks like it's following the "stacking" behavior of windows in Mac apps. Open in the last position if nothing open, otherwise offset right and down...sort of how I expect Mac apps to treat windows...
pistol-pete-lopez
That work around did not do it for me. My Melodyne window opens off to the right no matter what I do.
