Logic_4.8
I am having a problem with Ultrabeat Drum Kits not loading. They seem to be missing! I updated from logic 10.6.3 today (everything works as it should in 10.6.3 and I still have the 10.6.3 version on my iMac ), however today I update to Logic 10.7.0 and I am having problems with Ultrabeat, i.e.: the library is not there! What is happening here?? Also, every time I load one of my old songs (10.6.3) in 10.7.0, I receive this prompt: I download it and it takes approx 5:30mins: and then I input my password: I instantiate Ultrabeat on a channel, like so: and again: but nothing works... even after I have done this. The Ultrabeat drum kits are missing! Also, every time I quit Logic and load up a new song (even this song), I have to repeat steps 1 to 3 every time?? What's going on here - this is crazy man! vanhaze
Hi, i feel sorry for you. I am experiencing the very same issue. This seems not OK. OSX Big Sur 11.6.0, Logic Pro 10.7.0 Logic Sound Library resides on an external USB C SSD drive. (I used the "Move Sound Library" functionality). Hoping someone knows a fix. Kind Regards.

Logic_4.8
Thanks David! Yeah... Ultrabeat works in 10.6.3 (luckily I duplicated Logic Pro in the applications folder before I updated), but unfortunately not in 10.7.0! Oh well... thanks again. Trout Music
This same scenario has been happening to me for over a year with 10.6. When I select a Legacy Logic file like "Studio Upright Bass," Logic downloads the .exs file and then repeatedly downloads all the other audio files in my project. But when it is finished downloading I can NOT hear the Studio Upright Bass sound, even though the previous sound "Dark Upright Jazz Bass" played perfectly. Please help help help! I've put off recording for way too long!
David Nahmani
This bug was fixed in Logic Pro 10.7.1: Certain Ultrabeat kits no longer trigger a dialog indicating samples need to be downloaded each time they are chosen, in cases where the Sound Library has been relocated.
