The manual says: Move an arrangement marker Drag the arrangement marker to a new position in the arrangement track. When you move an arrangement marker between two existing arrangement markers, the marker to the right moves right to make room for the new marker. When you drag one arrangement marker directly over another one in the arrangement track, the two markers switch places (all their content is swapped). - I can't get that last behavior here if the two marker areas are identical in size. Logic will always insert the moved area in front of the marker I'm dropping on, never swap the two as the manual states. If I drop a smaller area on a bigger area it sometimes works, but not always.
