If you look on Youtube you'll see Eurorack demonstrations, but you can do it in Alchemy using the CombPM filter. Modulate the filter with Key Follow. On the right hand side of the source page turn off the waveform and turn on the noise. On the noise volume modulate with a very short envelope - you only want to excite the filter.
