The007goose Posted April 13, 2020 Share Posted April 13, 2020 I've somehow managed to change the midi drums after I've recorded the guitar. I've tried to change them back but haven't been able to. Is it possible to create transients from a guitar audio track that can be mapped to the midi drums track so that they follow the swing of the guitar track? cinningbao Posted April 19, 2020 Share Posted April 19, 2020 You could convert the guitar track into a Sampler instrument (make sure you've marked all the Transients in the guitar part first - at 16ths if you can) and on that new Region to into Inspector and at the bottom of the Quantise drop-down select "Make Groove Template". This Groove Teamplate will now appear as a Quantise map in your Quantise list. The Groove Template will only be available in this project, you'll have to import the MIDI Region into another project and go through the "Make Groove Template" again. hope that helps! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
