anp27
Here's an optimized Drum Machine Designer Drag & Drop patch (plop this into Audio Music Apps/Patches), with the MIDI note names in the "correct" order" (ascending from C1). I've also hidden the kit piece icons, shrunk the UI down a bit and made some gain adjustments to Ultrabeat. Hope this helps make your Drum Machine Designer experience a little less painful! joeflyer59
Ill check this out, thanks! Curious if you tweaked the individual cell volume settings? Not sure about anyone else, but thats the one thing that drives me bonkers, have you noticed that every time you drag a drum sample into an empty cell, the default level is always overdriven?? Each individual cell is at 0db. But you can could probably grab all of the cell's faders in the Mixer and drag all of the faders down to -10 dB and then re-save the patch. The fader will remain at -10 dB even after you drag a sample in.

Sascha Franck
Thanks. I already thought about doing something similar - but uhm, I simply didn't feel like fooling around with DMD as I think of it as being the iTunes of the plugin world. In other words, a convoluted mess that is a straight ahead offense to human intelligence. But I will give this a shot, though.

Sascha Franck
Sascha, why don't you tell us how you truly feel? Personally: Pretty well. Almost completely recovered from a flu and what not. About DMD: You don't want to know how I *truly* feel about it, believe me. Would likely get me banned instantly.
