It seems that the old 'Distortion Level' slider has been renamed 'Clip Threshold'

Sometimes I really like the new Diffuse option. It has a nice transient smearing effect that helps the push the echoes farther behind the original sound.

And appropriately too: most people interpreted "distortion level" as "amount of distortion added" (vs "signal level where distortion starts occurring"), and wondered why lowering the fader resulted in more distortion.

I agree, and I think it was very wise to bring the stock plugins extra features out of hiding. Do you think the new "Diffusion" option is actually a type of in line convolution impulse response? Kind of sounds like it might be.
