matkatamibakundo Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 After searching vainly for an environment that had all of the instruments for a BOV-loaded K2600, I built my own. This is set up for a Kurzweil K2600 which has the Orchestral & Contemporary Roms installed, the Best-Of-VAST objects installed, and the GM objects installed (you don't need the GM Rom). The GM stuff is at Bank 4, as per where Kurzweil Recommends you install the GM soundset. Enjoy. It's for the latest version of Logic. Except that the K2500 doesn't support the K26's BOV object set. nonetheless, it still would have been great to have the Orch/Contemp lists. but I found them somewhere else and didn't have to type them up. Jer Posted November 16, 2015 Share Posted November 16, 2015 Thanks so much for this valuable info. I am using a K2600R driven by a Kurzweil controller (PC 88). I was able to get your software basically loaded, but for some reason cannot actually get the sounds to trigger. I am using a Tascam US-144mkII as an interface to a 2009 24" Imac.
