monstar187
Hello All, When I try to import .wav's into logic X from a cd I'm getting a message that says Audio File does not have sufficient access privileges. An overview can not be saved. Please advise where or how this can be changed. Thanks in advance for any help! Brian Davis
Atlas007
Have you tried copying the .wav files to your HD first, and then iimporting them into Logic?
monstar187
That's ultimately what I end up doing but was wondering why logic won't save the .wav's within the file? I tried saving them in iTunes and pulling them from there also but my iTunes is saved on an external drive so I'm trying to figure it what it is that makes logic not save the .wav within the file itself and has to find the file on the hard drive. Any ideas? Thanks, Brian
Atlas007
Have you checked the Manage project assets settings?

AMD
Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening with my apple loops which are stored on my internal HD? This only started happening after I upgraded to Logic X. I never had the problem with Logic 9.
