roebotboy
Hello Forum, I'm brand new to forums and never really thought I'd be apart of one until now. I've recently had a problem with Logic 10.0.7 with the updating of my audio units. I believe it started once I delete a partition from my computer. The partition was set up because I was testing the Beta version of OS X Yosemite. Then I updated to the official OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 version so I deleted the partition. Ever since I deleted it, my plugins have been failing the update process. I think it may have something to do with the cache or something based on my research but I'm not completely sure, which is why I'm here. I've repaired and verified disk permissions for my system, verified and repaired the disk. I really don't know what more to do. The plugins that will not update are Auto-tune EVO, Sylenth1 and all Lexicon plugins. I've already bridged them, that's how they worked in the first place but even unwrapping them and wrapping them again didn't work. What I find weird is that all of my Waves Plugins work just fine still. I don't really know what more to do. Hopefully someone here will be able to help me out. It would be greatly appreciated. Any more specs needed, just ask and I'll provide. I also included screenshots of what happens when I try to update the plugins.
Logicc
You need to download the latest versions of the plugins from the respective manufacturers, then everything will be fine. Why have you not done this already?
shivermetimbers
Not sure if this info will help. I recently downloaded a free plugin and during the installation, most of my AUplugins were disabled/failed. I can't remember which file I looked at, but I used the 'Get Info' to find out that access to this area was restricted. I had to unlock the file and set it back to read/write. all my AU plug ins were able to pass validation.
