All plugins " couldn't be opened " [SOLVED]

I am running Logic 10.0.7 with a 12 core 2013 Mac Pro and OS 10.8.5 . Yesterday everything was fine . Opened up today and Logic wanted to scan all audio units . Fine , it seems to want to do a full scan occasionally , only after the scanning process all the units in the Audio Units Manager were showing " couldn't be opened " . Logic X will scan them but not validate them . They are all legitimate software . I have spent the whole day reading ... I've trashed prefs , audio caches etc ,, repaired disk permissions . I even re installed Logic . All the "components" are there . Why all plugins .. at the same time ? I can force validate them to run as "incompatible " audio units but that makes me nervous . Does this tell anyone where the problem might be ?

I am having same problem all of the sudden in logic 9.

 

I noticed all the sudden one of my steven slate plugs did not load into logic so i called tech support he did remote session on my computer could not get it to validate properly. he un installed plugin. and trashed some other things. the when we relaunched logic NONE OF MY THIRD PARTY PLUGS validate correctly. They Pass but Say Can't be opened in final column of AU manager. Has anyone sen this ? Can anyone help with this?
