Metronome Volume?

Mon Aug 27, 2007 2:29 pm

Anyone have trouble with the click being too quiet, even when the control is set to max volume? It's not that it's abnormally quiet, but just when recording a loud source it tends to get drowned out.

Any ideas?

Use simple drum loops instead.

Have you tried changing the timbre of the click in the Metronome Preferences? Also, you could insert a plug-in to raise the gain of the click.

Yup, raise the tonality slider (File > Song Settings > Metronome). It will give your click a pitch, and that cuts through anything.
