How do I route a software MIDI to audio channel? (OBS stream)

Thu Mar 26, 2020 7:54 pm

Howdy. I'm trying to live stream a synth performance, using two korg synths, and a arturia drum brute as a MIDI device, for logic ultrabeat. I run the synths through a zoom r16, and hook that up via usb to my mac. When i get everything streaming through OBS, on playback, I can't hear the ultrabeat drums. I can't seem to figure out, how to route the MIDI signals through an audio output, so that OBS will register the input. anyone know a workaround of any sort?

MIDI isn't audio so you won't hear it.
How about routing everything to Logic then outputing it to OBS?
