Effects not disabling

I attached a send from a bus to a track. After turning off the effects on the bus I can still hear them coming through the track. I even tried turning off the send on the track. But only disabling the send on the track completely will either effect cease. I tried this with two different effects. One is Waves Reel ADT. The other is the Rotor Cabinet plugin that comes in Logic.

Using these 2 plugins I cannot replicate your issue. Turning off the effects on the aux channel stops the effect as expected. Perhaps you have some additional routing. Can you replicate on a new project with one track and the channel sending to 1 Aux?

That's a good idea. I could not find any setting that was not supposed to be there. This was from a file converted from Logic 9, which sometimes has weird anomalies. I'll try setting up a fresh file and see if I can replicate the problem.
