Logic 9.1.8 Crashing On Start Up

Hello Crew.... working on a medium-heavy plug in mix and Logic keeps crashing upon start up. I get an error message that reads "error XYZ plug in (Slate, McDSP, Waves, etc) has caused Logic to crash".... Please send help......
