aggenver
hi forum, I was wondering if this is possible, without using the functions of the recording every time. thanks
Eric Cardenas
without using the functions of the recording every time. What do you mean by this? I'm having a hard time understanding.
aggenver
Hi Eric, sorry for the late reply, you are right, my laconic question is not very helpful. Please allow me to elaborate: let's say that I have a recording (guitar for example) recorded at 70 BPM, along with other MIDI channels. Then I change the tempo of the arrangement to 120. The recorded MIDI in the arrangement will automatically adapt to the change. The recorded guitar needs to be edited manually by using the Logic functions to adjust it to the new tempo. Now imagine I have 10 recordings like this in a track and I want to experiment with different tempos. It soon becomes overwhelming. Any idea if there is a way to force the recordings in an arrangement to adapt to the tempo changes in the transport bar automatically? Without the need of editing the manually? cheers
Eric Cardenas
Select the audio region and check the box for Follow Tempo and Pitch in the Region Inspector.
