My kick drum disappeared

I use my keyboard to record into logic, and for drum kits and drum machines my "A" key on my keyboard is the kick drum. Out of absolutely no where, it does not exist anymore. When i go to hit the A key there is no sound at all. It doesn't show any levels anywhere even indicating that a note is being played. Every other instrument works fine when I hit my "A" key so it's not my keyboard. It is specifically only when I play any type of drums that there is no kick drum when I press "A".
