chraqek
Hi, I use Logic Pro 9 and I see it's impossible to create 22050 Hz project. How can I set bounce settings to avoid switching sample rate to 22050 every time I bounce?
Eriksimon
How can I set bounce settings to avoid switching sample rate to 22050 every time I bounce? Set it in the PCM window (even if you don't bounce to PCM):
chraqek
That is the problem. I have to change sample rate in PCM window anytime I bounce. It seems Logic sets it automatically back to the project sample rate which cannot be set below 44100. I'm bouncing a lot of small regions so I'd like to avoid switching it manually at each bounce. Eriksimon
O, now I understand, you actually want that sample rate. I believe you cannot do that in Logic like that, you cannot even bounce several files (regions) in one action at the standard sample rate. It's one by one. But why bounce to 22,050 kHz anyway? But, if you insist, the best (= least bad) solution would be to just bounce all those regions to 44,100 kHz and then convert them in one go in a separate batch conversion program like Compressor or Soundconvertor. chraqek
That's what I was afraid of. Once again I see Logic lacks of some basic features. Too bad… However, thanks for help!
