Very strange scenario happening… editing a podcast for a client.

He sent me his audio as .mov files - don't know why they got formatted that way, but so be it. So, when I open the .mov's in Quicktime, they play as audio only (correct), and I hear two voices talking to each other. If I hit space bar in Finder and try to preview the same file, only one of the voices show up… Similarly, when I convert the .mov to a .aif with an app and try to import into Logic, only one of the voices show up.

Any clue what's happening?

P.S. Normally I would try to convert right in Logic, but it won't let me import the .mov no matter how I try to go about it.
