78rpm record on 45 or 33rpm turntable compensation [SOLVED]

I'm trying to do a little restoration on a 78rpm record and transfer it to disc for a friend. I can handle the restoration with software and audio editing. But I'm having trouble figuring out how to increase the speed of the file in logic to compensate for the speed difference on the turntable. Is there a way to simply do this in one step? Or am I going to have to spend hours trying to tweak it with Pitch and Time Machine in the Audio Editor?
