Logic Arpeggiator to multiple midi tracks

Midi FX only process incoming MIDI and pass the notes onto that instrument directly (ie, it doesn't output notes to anything other than that instrument). It's all within the channel strip (this is the price of moving formerly environment functions into a more self-contained but easier to work with MIDI FX).

But all you need to do is option-drag the MIDI FX arpeggiator from one instrument to the second instrument (so the parameters will be the same) and record-enable both tracks - the arpeggiator will be playing both parts the same (subject to randomised fluctuations if you have any).
