A Breath of fresh Air

Here's one more. I had composed it about 20 years ago (Logic 2.6 and real MIDI instruments!), then left it. It had been created i a mood of renewal. Within the last year it came to my mind again, and I tried out all my actual stuff and added a trumpet I have created using Reaktor, and, yes, again there is a breath of fresh air.

I believe it is actually a drumming term, when the drums go ever slower and louder at the end of a (rock-) song.

Quite different from what I actually meant here: how you carefully pushed things (well, mainly the organ) ever so slightly off the rails (dissonance), only to "resolve" very nicely, after the gliss up, when the lush soft sawstrings come in.

Ah, thanks for explaining. It seems to be a term with many meanings... Quite interesting.

BTW I love this EVB3. I believe it's very near to the original. There's nothing like a gliss up on these instruments.
