I can imagine a lot of folks out there striving to be one. BTW! I really loved your book. It's the best damn tutorial I've ever read. I really think you've made the best of choices making it about the process and how to get there instead of walking us through every preference. Even thou logic has been my DAW for the past 6 years I have improved my workflow even more after reading this book.

djessence
tap your hand along to the tempo of any song. when your finger is in the air.. thats the upbeat.. when it hits.. thats the downbeat.. also.. if you tap half beats but harder on an accent.. the downbeat is the accented note.. does that make sense?!
