Which Virtual Guitar program is best for LOGIC Pro X

Recommended Posts

I have a Mac Book Pro, 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

And have just purchased Apple Logic Pro X

I would like a decent virtual guitar program that includes acoustic guitar strumming sounds with preferably more guitar sound options. I have seen two options below so far that look like they may be what I am looking for but there seems to be lots of mixed opinions from people, some saying they work with apple logic Pro X and others saying they are not compatible.

Steinburgs Virtual Guitarist 2

MusicLabs RealGuitar

Can anyone please let me know if these will work alongside apple pro logic x or suggest any other decent virtual guitar programs that will work with apple logic Pro X

Kind Regards

Ronni

For all these you also need Kontakt 5:

I like this one (very realistic, better than RealGuitar), but it's just one:

I've made this cover with it:

These are different but also very natural sounding ones:

Hi thank you for the reply. I did see Kontakt but decided I don't want to spend that as well at this point in time. They do look amazing though. Mm decisions decisions. Thank you again for replying.

Well I've down loaded the demo AGM and am enjoying having a play about with it. I am tempted to get a bundle of guitars they have on offer. I need to figure out how to access AGM through logic as I'm new to logic as well. Off to find a tutorial unless someone can tell me quick enough on here how to set it up in logic.
