output1
Can you use flex pitch to effectively automate volume? is this an effective method? That is cut up vocals and increasing or decreasing "gain" where appropriate at each wave form i.e. word? or is volume automation in the track or region the best method? Can you get the inverse of a vocal volume automation drawn line? That is draw out peaks and valleys and invert this drawn line? Where does flex pitch sit ???before all effects inserts???? Where should vocal automation sit ??? before track inserts??? Look forward to your reply.
Eric Cardenas
Can you use flex pitch to effectively automate volume? Sure, why not? It totally depends on how true you want to be to the original audio file. Where does flex pitch sit ???before all effects inserts???? Yes. Where should vocal automation sit ??? before track inserts??? Depends on what you are doing. Do you want automation to even out the input going into a compressor or do you want the compressor to grab on volume signal peaks?
