anp27
Been eyeing this plugin for quite some time and I'm really happy to finally own it ! Soundtoys is having a really nice sale right now, got Echoboy for only $99 instead of $179. For those of you looking for a bargain from Soundtoys, now's the time to do it! FuzzBub
I got Echoboy a while ago during another sale, and have found it quite usable and useful. Enjoy your purchase!

Ashermusic
I have heard praise for this from a number of people I respect but does it really do anything we cannot with Delay Designer?
anp27
I have heard praise for this from a number of people I respect but does it really do anything we cannot with Delay Designer? Ermmm... have you really checked out Echoboy? It is much more than 'just' a delay and yes, it can do lot more than what Delay Designer can do. Echoboy also gives you flange, chorus, distortion, reverbs, high and low pass filters. The sound quality is top notch.
stardustmedia
I have heard praise for this from a number of people I respect but does it really do anything we cannot with Delay Designer? In some points Delay Designer can do more, like processing, panning, filtering single tap delays. But heck it will never ever replace EchoBoy, because EB sounds just way better. It is my go-to delay for everything. Even for modulation delays it's great. Use it in every session, multiple times, every day, since years. And then you start to explore the different delay models and gainstaging and saturation... WOW... Delay Designer won't be loaded anymore
Ashermusic
Well I should also mention thatI have a love the UAD Tape Delay (Echoplex) Roland Space Chorus, Cooper Time Cube, and PS 85, so as good as I am sutre this is, I think I have this well covered. alexpen
Echoboy is just so inspiring and easy to use (besides of it's great sound). After many tries I gave up on Delay Designer - no clue, but I just have no use for it Just wonder how many people are using it actually... Tape delay, stereo delay and sample delay are still great thought!
