Naenyn
Recently, LPX has started crashing on quit. It seems to always complain about one of two plugins... Z3TA+ 2 or VPS Metrum. The strange thing is.. I just closed a project that had only one track. The sole plugin inserted in to that track was Z3TA. The only other plugin in the session was cerberus audio's ice9 on master. While it was quitting, it crashed and complained about Metrum, which wasn't even in the project. Here's the crash log: http://hastebin.com/ocajeyubep Can anyone tell from that what the problem is? Any suggestions? Any pointers on deciphering the crash log? Thanks for the help!
Eric Cardenas
It appears to be the Metrum plug-in on that log. What happens if you remove the Metrum plug-in from Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components?
Naenyn
Thanks for the help! A reinstall did the trick. How were you able to determine, based on the log, that it was Metrum's fault..?
Eric Cardenas
You're welcome. Thread 0 is the one that has crashed according to the log. Line 4 on thread 0 points to that plug-in.
Naenyn
Thanks again. Now I know what to look for in the future. Pretty straightforward!
