mrjj71
Hi! I've just finally upgraded from logic 7 to Logic pro x (10.1.1) My question is...In logic 7 I have saved literally hundreds of Channel strip settings over the years. Is there a way of importing them into Logic pro x? Thanks in advance
Eric Cardenas
They should be compatible with Logic Pro X. Just move the contents of your old channel strip settings folder to ~/Music/Audio Music Folder/Channel Strip Settings. Try it and see if that works for you. Christopher11
Hi there. I just made the same leap, and had real success doing exactly what you want here. Just go to User>Music>Audio Music Apps>Channel Strip Settings. Copy all your hundreds of old Channel Strip Settings into this folder, and you should be fine. They showed up for me. By the way I was also able to get all my plug in settings including EXS24 loaded into LPX the same way. Just find where they were stored before, search for the folder of the same name in Yosemite, and drop them in. Good luck.
