Jonik
Hi, Something which nearly caught me out the other day got me wondering - is this a bug or a 'feature'? I didn't have my sample drive with me so opened up some 48kHz projects without the core audio device on, deleted some unused tracks, did some prep, saved and quit. Later with the drives plugged in I turned core audio back on and opened them - they were now in 44.1kHz! It looks like if you open without core audio on it converts the project to 44.1 whether you like it or not, even if there's 48k audio in it. Has anyone else found this? Thanks, Jonik
triplets
You mean you used the built-in audio instead of your audio interface?
Jonik
Nope, if you go to that same setting window and turn off the core audio engine, Logic doesn't attempt to load any audio so you can open projects without needing your audio drives attached. Minor update, I've just tried it on a different project and didn't have that issue... Definitely happens though!
