michaelft77
is there anyway in Logic pro x to enter a location on the fly with a key stroke?.......... In DP I was able to set up a custom F1 key to enter a location on the fly.
David Nahmani
Use the "Go to Position" key command. In the U.S. Preset, the default key command is the / (forward slash) key.
michaelft77
That does work David but I was looking for a one stroke solution....... This solution requires a minimum of three strokes maybe four or five depending on the bar #
Atlas007
If you create markers (on the fly, if you wish) you could navigate from one marker location to the other in one strike (mouse click or key command). You could alternately create a dashboard with meta (#51) fader/button (from the Environment) to navigate that way also; that represent a little more work but could be worthwhile depending of your workflow since you could transport it to other projects via the project template method or exporting/copying it. Eric Cardenas
That does work David but I was looking for a one stroke solution....... This solution requires a minimum of three strokes maybe four or five depending on the bar # It saves the last location so you should only have to enter it once less you are changing location.
