PPC to INTEL file wierdness

Just finished a couple of days of overdubs in my (PPC) studio on a friend's project. When he tries to open the files on his Intel G5 he gets errors concerning the marker text, audio regions missing and or misread and Logic crashes. OSX and Logic revisions are identical on both systems, and he brought his files here for the sessions and they opened fine. Looked in the bug forum and didn't see this. Anyone?

sometimes I get that going intel to ppc, but Logic will say this is not a Logic pro song or something of that sort
