What should be the actual buffer size?

Hi,All expert experienced users.

I want to know the best Audio buffer size for logic.

I work as a drum programmer[so all short samples],mosty 8-10 audio tracks and 20- 25 EXS24 tracks.No hardwares ! Use G5 Dual processer,2.5 GB ram,Logic pro 7.2.2,Plenty of space in Hard disk.
