Where do the sounds go?

I used Garage Band Anywhere to move my Jam Paks onto an external drive. I did this for my desktop setup and my laptop setup (2 different external HDs).

 

This works fine on my desktop, but when I open up files on my laptop it says it can't find some of the Garageband samples or EXS24.

 

Could someone tell me

 

A) if theres a way to tell Logic where to look for this stuff

 

B) What files absolutely need to stay on the startup drive and where?
