fohman
I'm wondering if Logic X has an all-pass filter? I want to have the phase shift from my EQ without the amplitude shift. I know that Logic has "linear-phase" EQ's with amplitude shift and no phase shift... I want the opposite. Or, are there any good plugins out there which do this? Eric Cardenas
Look at the advanced parameters inside the Modulation Delay. Set the Output mix to 1% and start tweaking.
Mark R
Good to know this Eric, especially the 1% setting trick. I'm not used to 3 things being there in a wet/dry mix slider. So if the advanced parameter for All Pass is checked, the Wet/Dry slider will control balance between Mod/Delay (100%) and All Pass (1%). Then at 0% the All Pass filters are bypassed. Clever solution to keep us out of trouble. Using the Goniometer to see the phase shift between channels I recently tried creating an All Pass filter with the Phaser plugin but it only goes down to 4 stages. Using the Modulation Delay seems to be more predictable and reliable. Thank you once again.
